Your driver must confirm your arrival on the Platform when arriving at the pickup location and confirm again when you sit in their car. If applicable, video broadcast will automatically start.
They also need to show you video, audio, text, and picture pickup permission if any, for safety purposes. Also, they should not copy any of the information.
Additionally, your driver must confirm your drop-off on the Platform to inform the Organizer that the ride has been completed.
