In order to access the Platform and request the Rideshare Services, you must register for and maintain an active user account. You also need to be at least eighteen (18) years of age to obtain an Account. Each Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information to Ziphawk, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and age, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or accepted payment partner as approved by Ziphawk from time to time and at Ziphawk’s sole discretion). Please remember that you need to maintain your personal and payment information in your account accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Otherwise, you may be unable to access and use the Platform and Rideshare Services and your agreement may be terminated. termination of this Agreement.
