You must be able to provide satisfactory verification of your identity to the Organizer or Rider as the Driver that was matched with the Organizer or Rider. Although you may not be required by law, regulation, or ordinance to wear Ziphawk-branded apparel, such items may be available to you.

You always have the right to display your own business name, logo or colors on your vehicle or your apparel. However, you need to make sure that you do not misrepresent to the public that you are using the Ziphawk Platform to provide Rideshare Services if you are not actually using the Platform at the time the Rideshare Services are provided.
