Ziphawk cannot guarantee that each Rider or Organizer is who he or she claims to be. Please use common sense when using the Platform and Rideshare Services, including looking at the photos of the Rider, or Organizer you have matched with to make sure it is the same individual you see in person.

Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense.  Ziphawk will not accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication, or other use or access of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 in violation of this Agreement. We encourage you to communicate directly with each potential, Organizer, or Rider prior to engaging in an arranged transportation service.
