Can Ziphawk terminate or deactivate my Driver’s Account?

Ziphawk may terminate or deactivate your Driver’s Account under certain circumstances:

(a) You no longer qualify to provide Rideshare Services or to operate the approved vehicle under applicable law, rule, permit, ordinance, or regulation
(b) You fall below Ziphawk’s rating or cancellation threshold; 
(c) If Ziphawk believes in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the safety of the Ziphawk community or third parties. In the event Ziphawk pursues a deactivation, for any of the aforementioned reasons, you will be given notice of the potential or actual deactivation and a chance to address the issue to Ziphawk’s reasonable satisfaction in order to avert permanent termination.
