Ziphawk may terminate or deactivate your account under certain circumstances:
(a) You fall below Ziphawk’s rating or cancellation threshold;
(b) If Ziphawk believes in good faith that such action is necessary to protect the safety of the Ziphawk community or third parties. In the event Ziphawk pursues a deactivation, for any of the aforementioned reasons, you will be given notice of the potential or actual deactivation and a chance to address the issue to Ziphawk’s reasonable satisfaction in order to avert permanent termination.
